My other modelling interest, after Russian a/c, is 1:700 scale submarines. I have collected and built all the available injection moulded kits from DML & Italeri, plus the few from Skywave. I have also scratch-built a few of the more interesting ones. Unfortunately, sub modelling takes second place to my first love, Russian a/c, so they only get made when I get jaded or when a new kit is released (which isn't very often) !
